SOURCE PROCESS AND BREATHWORK 

I have not found a method deeper and more effective in connecting, healing and empowering me to be All that i Am.

IN A NUTSHELL:

Source Process and Breathwork is a gentle, yet highly effective method to release tensions from your body (cells) and mind and therefore change your behavioural patterns and thought patterns and therefore, to change your LIFE!

It’s a way to connect with the essence of who you really are and with clear intention, bring new and more supportive vibrations and thoughts into your whole system. It is to heal – to make whole. Wherever you are, Breath will always take you Home. To safety, clarity and love.

When our cells and neural pathways are rejuvenating and we are consciously choosing new active vibrations, thoughts and feelings to support us, we open ourselves for new ways of communicating, new opportunities, new relationships and new perspective. This literally means that we get to have a fresh life!

Thought + energy = results. We will choose new supportive thoughts and activate them with energy, by breathing, opening ourselves for more/higher energy and making room in our bodies for energy to flow.

It is also scientifically proven that 1 hour of conscious and connected breathing cleans your body from toxins.

HOW DO WE MEET:

Breathwork Session, together with counselling lasts approx. 2.5h and you are supported and guided the whole time by an experienced, professional and loving therapist. I have completed a 4 year training and i’m a certified therapist with over 18 years of experience in Breathwork myself and 6 years of experience with private clients and groups. I receive clients in my current country of residence, Estonia, as well as when i’m travelling. I also support Breathsessions via ZOOM and i have found this surprisingly effective and supportive. I have clients from many different countries, including Spain, Sweden, UK and Ireland and you are very welcome to contact me.
