This is for you, spiritual perfectionists, high-standards holders and self-judgers. The path is in front of you, it’s inviting and simple, it just takes this one little thing…

Loosing the guilt.

Allowing yourself to make a thousand mistakes and loosing the guilt. Allowing yourself to do nothing or watch tv or eat a bunch of chocolate and loose the guilt. Allowing yourself to fail and loose the guilt. Just living. Without judgement against yourself. Being curious about everything. Without judgement.

It’s laughing. Laughing when things go sideways. Taking it easy. Finding joy in everything. Everything! And laughing when all you find are faults. And laughing when you fail to laugh. Loosing the guilt.

Just be. Be a human. With no control, no judgement, no segregation. There are no “bad things and good things”, “bad foods and good foods” or “bad behaviour and good behaviour”. There is no such categories as a “good friend” and a “bad friend” or.. a “good human” and a “bad human”. Loose it! Loose the judgement! Take the key and unlock yourself, ALLOW YOURSELF TO LIVE!

You can simply walk the earth and allow yourself to be a human discovering his home-planet and everything in it and on it, no matter where you are. Discovering the blessing in everything. Discovering the act of creation. Discovering the simplicity of life. Discovering relationships and yourself in relations. In communication. In self-expression…

So Dear One, loose the guilt. Allow yourself to be a human. Just for one day.
